Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at dlglabs.io, operated by DLG Labs LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms cover only the website. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between DLG Labs and the client.

Use of the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or connected systems
• Probe, scan, or test the site for vulnerabilities, or circumvent security measures, without our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including through scraping, automated data collection, or denial-of-service

• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

Contact submissions

If you submit information through our contact form, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal data through the form. A submission does not create a client relationship or any obligation on us to provide services. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the DLG Labs name and marks, are owned by DLG Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the site for your personal or internal business use.
